Health care bottles can be seen everywhere in our lives because they are closely related to our daily life. At present, there are also large plastic recycling sites in various regions, but the supervision is not standardized, and the quality of the site is uneven. In addition to the fact that many plastic bottles are made of recycled materials, which are harmful to people's health, there is also pollution in the process of transportation, which also seriously harms the health of consumers.
The principles for selecting health care bottles are as follows:
1. No matter what raw materials are selected for health care bottles, they should be clean_ Due to the wide variety of main raw materials available, the comprehensive properties of raw materials need to be selected. Generally, high-density polyethylene and polypropylene bottles are used for tablets. If transparency is required, polyester bottles (PET bottles) can be used. If barrier performance is required_ Brown PET bottles are used for high light resistance and opacity. Polypropylene bottles or polyester bottles are generally used as the main raw materials for liquid dosage form drugs.
2. Sealing of bottle body and cap, water vapor permeability. Sealing and water vapor permeability are two important technical indicators of plastic bottles, which have a critical impact on the stability of packaged products.
3. Quality standard for plastic packaging products. The quality of products can be analyzed and judged from the product quality standards of the manufacturer.
4. Quality environment system. The audit of suppliers has become an indispensable part of the purchase of plastic bottles. Through the audit, we can make a comprehensive and correct assessment of the comprehensive level of the manufacturer's software and hardware facilities, technical equipment and quality.
5. Recycled materials cannot be used for packaging drugs, nutrition and health care products, food and beverages. The Hygienic Management Measures for Plastic Products and Raw Materials for Food issued by the Ministry of Health clearly stipulates that: "Recycled plastics shall not be used for processing plastic tableware, containers and food packaging materials."
